so here was a thread about a guy being bored with his necro.
Now it's about female warriors not being convincing because their armour is skimpy.

TBH I only kept reading to hear about Moloch's fencing endeavors.
On topic if you've invested this much time into a necro there's gotta be something else you can do for fun besides SS. Hell, when I was bored with my mesmer a month or two back I just gave him 8 Ritualist skills (Spawning Power buff plzkthx?), it's fun running around doing tons of crap you're really not supposed to be doing.

Best Warrior armor for either sex hands down. Consider that the new topic for thread!

Well as far as the original subject is concerned don't abandon your necro, they are so much more than MM's and SS spammers! Look at your many many MANY options, necros have the highest number of viable elites in the game if you ask me, try a support BiP necro, switch your SS to SV to switch things up for awhile. Try some lesser known skills like [Toxic Chill], [Depravity], [Icy Veins] etc.
And to address the "new" subject, character gender is entirely irrelivant, it dosen't affect gameplay, and even female players can enjoy playing male characters. In my experience the average player (male or female) has a mix of both male and female characters.
It's all about personal preferance, some genders/classess/campaigns have faces, armors etc that you just prefer for your character. Like I personally could never make a male warrior, their body shape is just so exaggerated and rediculous it makes me ill to see one running about in glads armor.

I can't believe no one has steared you to the Assasin Promise MoP nuker (search it on PvX, sry no time at work to link), it is a very active build thats loads of fun. Basically massive dps spammage with smart players performing ridiculously well if the party is somewhat complementary.

To answer your original question, there are lots of fun Curses builds that don't use Spiteful Spirit. Try using something like [Corrupt enchantment].

This, my good friend, is a generalization.
In my opinion,
Male Warriors>Female Warriors
Female Elementalists>Male Elementalists
Female Mesmers>Male Mesmers
Male Rangers>Female Rangers
Female Necromancers>Male Necromancers
Male Monks>Female Monks (In prophecies, at least. <3 female factions monks)
Male Assassins=Female Assassins
Female Ritualists>Male Ritualists (Unless you're wearing Norn armor)
Male Paragons=Female Paragons
Male Dervishes>Female Dervishes
It all balances out.

to answer the op's question we really need to know how many chars do you have right now, whether you split with you brother 4:4 or some other mix, which characters do you usually enjoy on MMOs, etc
so I cant really answer your question but I can say 1 thing. dont delete a character, especially 1 you invested so much in unless you must(for whatever reason) as you will probably end up regretting it later on...
just give your Necro a break and play a different character, you should have at least 3 others. than someday you'll find yourself returning to your Necro...

MAybe you should try looking at the other skill lines what The necro ahs to offer?
For exmaple, you could go down the Support route, maybe a BiPer or and ORders necro?
Also, try an Icy Viens Build. Simply Add IV+Putrid Boil+Rising Bile, and you ahve yourself not only a pretty fun AoE bomb set to blow, but it also pretty funny to watch IMO Nothing more satisfying that taking revenge on them little sods with their own buddys :P

If you're bored with curses, use blood, it's more fun.
